I have to say coming up with characters, scenes, and dilemma's is easy. Whats hard is starting to actually write a story from the beginning. Getting your foot in the door the right way so to say. I have a whole 1' binder packed with story idea's, character, weapon ideas but getting a story up and going is hard.

...my sword has a skull in the handle but no magic 
...my sword has a skull in the handle but no magic If anybody has a link to a sword that has a crystal, gem, or any type of precious gem handle and hilt with a metal blade i would be much appreciated. I'm writing a book and all mage's have an allergy to metal, but i want him to a sword mage. The allergy draws out all there magic to where they cant conjure it, like a siphon. Exposed to long and it may extinguish there magic outright.
